TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Eligibility: Open only to participants who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Entry Period: Entries must be received within the promotional period as stated on the giveaway landing page and in-store materials.
- Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each drawing. There will be multiple drawings throughout the season.
- Winner Notification: The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of initial contact, an alternate winner may be selected at random. Prizes are not transferable.
- Prize Conditions: Prize consists of two (2) tickets to an Oakland Ballers home game and a $40 food & beverage credit (subject to availability and confirmation). Game date selection and redemption are subject to scheduling and sponsor approval. Only home games are eligible for selection.
- General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. Void where prohibited by law.
