Tip Top Tailgate Takeover – Official Giveaway Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE GEORGIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Eligibility
The Tip Top Tailgate Takeover Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the state of Georgia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Tip Top Proper Cocktails ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to enter or win. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside Georgia and where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Tip Top Proper Cocktails, located at 844 Castle Falls Drive, Atlanta, GA 30329.
3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2025 at 12:01AM Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must [insert method of entry: e.g., complete the entry form at THIS LINK ADDRESS, Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No automated entries allowed.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Tip Top Tailgate Experience valued at $600, including a blackstone camping grill, a fully stocked RITC cooler, 2 camping chairs. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $[amount]. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted within one (1) day following the end of the Giveaway Period by Tip Top. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within five days to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tip Top Proper Cocktails and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

12. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
