What a great cocktail - subtle smokiness from the mezcal, perfect balance of bitter/sweet/sour. Really classically proportioned and reminiscent of the great Prohibition-era cocktails like the Periodista.
Great addition to the lineup. Our favorite, along with the Jungle Bird

It has that smoky Mezcal punch. This is a nice drink. Sweet but not overly so. After two, you'll most likely be riding higher towards the warmer sunny summer clouds!
