There are precious few modern cocktails as timeless as the Penicillin. Sam Ross, the NYC bartender who created it in 2005, collaborated with us to get ours properly dialed in. With its smokey, honeyed nose, tart citrus pop and ginger spice finish, we’re thrilled for all to experience this globally-renowned classic.
PSA: If spicy ginger is your thing, you will love this cocktail. If not, then you probably won't.

I had been hearing lots of hype about these canned cocktails and thought I’d give them a try. I did an 18 pack of mixed, about 9 different kinds. They shipped very quickly. Penicillin was the first I tried. I couldn’t believe it came from a can. Each ingredient came through boldly like it was just made by a bartender. It was boozy, without being too strong, tart and slightly sweet, everything one wants in a classic cocktail. I can’t wait to try other flavors in the future!

We were very excited to see that Penicilllin was back in stock. It's our top choice (although we enjoy them all) for bringing to dinner parties and at-home entertaining and while watching tennis matches.
