There are precious few modern cocktails as timeless as the Penicillin. Sam Ross, the NYC bartender who created it in 2005, collaborated with us to get ours properly dialed in. With its smokey, honeyed nose, tart citrus pop and ginger spice finish, we’re thrilled for all to experience this globally-renowned classic.
