The FedEx driver didn’t leave the package. He tried three times. I left him a note to sign at the doctors office downstairs and he wrote it on the back of the door tag that he couldn’t do that. I was promised A four hour window on the second attempt and he didn’t show up, then I called FedEx and they said give them another four hours. So I missed them again. Third attempt, left my phone number on the door tag told him to call me cause I’m in and out, but I’m only five minutes away. Miss them again. I had to go pick up the package at the FedEx station., Arrive there at 8:45 when they close at nine. Nearly refused to give me the package cause they were closing. I explained it’s the third attempt and it’s gonna be sent back, so they retrieved it. Finally, I got it. I told FedEx The first time I ordered this driver left it at the door with no signature, no problem. He left alcohol at the front door outside when there’s kids in the building. It’s a shame you got a great product than unless it comes to a store near me. I’ll never order it again. Especially through FedEx ground.
