With 9 Paper Planes and 9 Penicillins, this box is an homage to the third wave of cocktail innovation in the early aughts. Both cocktails were made in collaboration with their original creator, Sam Ross.
With an equal mix of invigorating, spicy Penicillins and tart & tangy Paper Planes, we can’t get enough of the bold flavors in this box.

Not as bright as I would expect from this tiptop version. The lemon and zest that I would normally experience IRL bar wild have a more fresh zing to it. I needed to add a little more juice and rind to fully balance this premixed version.
