The Contest is sponsored by Tip Top Cocktails, LLC (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on February 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 30, 2026.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Enter by completing the entry form at Tiptopcocktails.com/properparlour and submitting the required entry information during the Contest Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prizes

One (1) winner will receive:

• $5,000 USD
• One (1) Klaris Ice Maker
• One (1) Cocktail Kingdom glassware set
• One (1) Tip Top Proper Cocktails Prize Package 
• One (1) Design consultation with Natalie Migliarini

Approximate Retail Value: $6,500.

Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Odds

Odds of winning depend on the quality of eligible entries received, as determined by the judging criteria.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected based on the merits of their entry, as determined by a panel of judges. Entries will be evaluated according to criteria determined by Sponsor, which may include creativity, originality, and overall quality of the described Proper Cocktail Parlour concept.

The judging panel will include bartenders and cocktail experts, such as Michelin award-winning bartender Miles Macquarrie, author and cocktail creator Natalie Migliarini of Beautiful Booze, and Tip Top Proper Cocktails Co-Founder Neal Cohen, or their designees.

The selected winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry on or about May 8, 2026. If a selected winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner based on the same judging criteria.

Taxes

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099.

Marketing Communications & Email Consent

By entering the Contest and submitting an email address, entrants agree that the email address provided may be used by Sponsor for marketing, promotional, and informational communications related to Tip Top Proper Cocktails. Entrants also agree that their email address may be shared with Contest partners for marketing and promotional purposes. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email communication. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect an entrant’s chances of winning or eligibility in the Contest.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The Sponsor is entitled to video and photos of the winner’s resulting home bar project 

Release & Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or other errors.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if necessary to protect its integrity.

Governing Law

Subject to U.S. law and the laws of the State of Georgia.
