Sometimes you need a dessert that keeps the party going. Enter the Tip Top Espresso Martini Affogato- it's high-impact, low effort, and you can even make it table-side for maximum delight.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (we like this one from Jeni's)
  • 1 can of Tip Top + Counter Culture Coffee Espresso Martini
  • Your favorite fancy coupe glass\

Assembly:

  1. Add 1-2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to your coupe.
  2. Open the Espresso Martini (no need to shake) and pour it over the ice cream.
